Teen Leadership
Teen Leadership comes in several parts within CJRAL.
1. Junior teen leaders in this area are those who are 11 and 12 and not yet teenagers. They learn the role of the Teen Leader from those who are either leaders or teen officers.
2. Teen Leaders' role is for the age group 13 and up. This age group can be made up of members who want to help out but not hold an officer's position. They can still sit in on teen meetings and give input.
3. Teen Officers, this is the role teens aged 13 and up may run for an officer's position to mirror the adult volunteers.
4. CJRAL Teen Leaders can also make up the club teams, so seeing them at competitions and helping at events is part of the position.
