In the past, some of our members have participated in the following events. However, we do not provide the equipment or transportation to the events. We will help train you, but you need to be responsible for asking the instructors for extra instruction at our regularly scheduled meetings.

IBO Regional 2026 World Qualifier

REGIONAL IBO 2026 WORLD QUALIFIER - WEST VIRGINIA

With the 2025 season now behind us, it’s time to look ahead to the exciting IBO 2026 season! We’ll kick off our regional events back in West Virginia, September 19th–21st, at Mid-State Archers in Sutton, WV.

A Rinehart Targets 30- target range will be set for all Youth, Trad, and both Genesis classes.

The USA Archery Fall Fling

The USA Archery Fall Fling is in October. This is a 20 yard, 60 arrows, indoor round. Our 4H members have done this over the last few years. This is a great tournament for kids.

“The 2025 Fall Fling is a JOAD and STAR Tournament. The tournament is a World Archery Indoor Round on Saturday, 10/11/2025 at 9:00am, or 1:00pm, or Sunday, 10/12/2025 at 9:00am or 1:00pm.

The World Archery Indoor Round consists of a 600 round (20 ends of 3 arrows) within a two-minute time period per end. U13 and U15 Recurve and Barebow divisions will shoot at a 60cm multicolor target face. All other divisions will shoot at a 40cm 10-ring multicolor face or a 40cm 3-spot at 18 meters. Inner-10 ring will be in effect for all Compound Divisions. The outer 10-ring will be in effect for all classes in Recurve and Barebow.

Awards will be presented on Sunday, 10/12/2025, after the 1:00pm line.

World Archery Rules will be strictly observed for competitors in the Recurve, Compound and Barebow divisions. All competitors must follow the USA Archery Dress Code.

All competitors must be members of USA Archery. “

It takes place at Pioneer Sportsmen in Dunbarton on October 11^th and 12^th. I plan to shoot on Oct. 12^th. Registration opens on August 11^th.
